Arjun Vaidya was the CEO at Dr. Vaidya's: New Age Ayurveda (until Jan 2021). Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Arjun graduated from Brown University, USA with a BA with honors in International Relations and Economics. He then worked in private equity at a consumer sector focused fund, L Capital Asia (the private equity arm of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group) where he focused specifically on consumer brands and consumer tech.
In October 2016, Arjun quit his job to take on his 150-year-old family legacy of Ayurvedic formulations that his grandfather left behind. Dr. Vaidya’s repackaged the ancient Indian science of Ayurveda and emerged as India’s largest Ayurveda brand online. The brand has successfully reached 1m+ consumers across 500+ cities and 16,500+ pin codes in India. Arjun was the first Ayurvedic Entrepreneur to be featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia List for and Business World 40 Under 40 List! Dr. Vaidya’s also won Youth SMB of the Year from Amazon and the Retail Startup Award from the Retailers Association of India. In June 2019, Dr. Vaidya’s partnered with the USD 4b RP Sanjiv Goenka Group and has now been acquired by the group – making it one of India’s first successful D2C exits.
Currently, Arjun leads venture investing for Verlinvest in India (one of the world’s largest consumer brand focused funds). He is also an active angel investor mentor to brands in India’s D2C and ecommerce ecosystem.
Outside of work, Arjun is an advisor to football focused NGO, Just for Kicks, is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and a Mentor at the Atal Innovation Mission. He is also a part of the All-India Management Association’s Young Leaders Conference and a member of Brown University’s Young Alumni Advisory Council.

Ashwini Seth is a second-generation entrepreneur of a family business that was founded by his father Mr. Rajendra Seth. Growing up in the natural smell of fabric lumps, he learned a lot about customer behavior and business sense right from his childhood days. The love of fabric runs in the family.
With a vivacious mind of his own, he expanded the business horizons, by branching out independently into the e-commerce side of it. Since 2014, Ashwini has been running Dennison as a millennial and Gen-z preferred Workwear Functionality apparel brand. Working alongside his team, he is constantly working on ways to understand the customer need and innovate accordingly. His latest innovations include Auto Fit waist trousers, ankle fit trousers, 360 Stretch Trouser, plus sized clothing, Hemp Based Sustainable Clothing, Anti- Stain & water Repellent Shirts, Quick Dry Shirt, Anti-bacterial & Odor Free Shirts, Temperature Control Shirts etc. Ashwini and his wife Sonalika work together as a team managing the various aspects of business.
As a bubbling entrepreneur, Ashwini is full of ideas and gives great importance to ‘customer connectivity’. He is a strong proponent of team work and is an inspiring leader. He attributes the growth and success of his brand to his employees who work in tandem with his zeal and passion. His greatest strength is his workforce and a ‘flexible and evolving’ mindset that adapts to these changing times.
Ashwini holds an MBA in International Marking from ITM University (Gwalior) and a degree in Fashion and Apparel Technology (JD institute Haus Khas Delhi). He finished his schooling from the prestigious Scindia House School (Gwalior). Before stepping into his father’s shoes, Ashwini worked with Namrata Joshipura and also did his internship in a media analytics startup (Skribe). He tried his hands elsewhere in a headhunting company but understood this wasn’t his calling either. The ecommerce business came thereafter.
When he is not ideating for his business, he is a doting father. He enjoys his mountain treks, cycling and odd travels.
As the future of Dennison, Ashwini envisions to create most sustainable Workwear Brand for Young Working Professional.

Ananya Rajguru is a fashion enthusiast who graduated as a Fashion Designer from Istituto Marangoni London, one of the world's top fashion universities. She created her first portfolio at the age of 21 with 10 looks inspired by Architecture. During her time at university, she volunteered at London Fashion Week, and Lakme fashion weeks in Bombay during her summers, where she spent her time styling and handling operations with some of the biggest brands and personalities around the world. She has experience with some of the top designers, and has shadowed numerous brands to understand 21st century fashion and innovation. London ranks highly amongst the words cities as one of the most influential fashion capitals. This inspired Ananya to bring high-quality fashion to India.
Ananya began working on her own brand; MISSFIT in 2020 with the vision to create comfort and trendy garments for women. Having international exposure gave her a pathway to identify gaps in the fashion market in India. MISSFIT was launched in December ’21, and within 3 months, Bollywood star Madhuri Dixit starred in the digital cover of Vogue Magazine in Missfit Jeans.
With new trends emerging, especially in activewear and athleisure Ananya is bringing her vision of comfort, high-quality and aesthetic looking products to a new line. She is also a firm believer in inclusivity in the fitness industry, and ensuring that beginners do not feel intimidated. The MISSFIT ACTIVE garments are designed by Ananya, and are made to be staples in your wardrobe, and can be worn even if you are outside the gym. The brand will now also bring engaging content, networking events and a completely unique experience in terms of branding to India.
